Đầu tiên, thấm đậu cho ráo nước, rửa sạch, bóc vỏ tôm ra rồi cắt thành từng miếng nhỏ, ngâm rửa hành lá rồi cũng cắt nhuyễn. Ướp tôm với muối và tiêu.

Cắt đậu thành từng khối vuông. Pha 2 muỗng canh sốt cà chua, 1 muỗng canh xì dầu và 1 muỗng cà phê ớt bột với nhau, để sẵn sàng chế biến.

Cho một muỗng cà phê dầu ăn vào chảo rồi thêm tôm vào, đảo qua cho chín sơ rồi vớt ra.

Cho đậu và sốt vào chảo, đảo qua để đậu thật ngấm sốt.

Thêm tôm vào, đảo đều lên, đun thêm một lát nữa để sốt đặc lại và ngấm vào đậu thì rắc thêm hành lá vào rồi tắt bếp.
