Try a Keto diet(no carbs no sugar) also fasting( not eating for 8 hours a day for example) but do that if you want to loose weight very fast, I done this and lost my belly fat in under 2 months, but it is a mental game doing this. Have to be persistent

Really, OP says they know how to lose weight, but I wonder if they truly do. A moderate caloric deficit of 300-500 calories is pretty easy. You can still eat whatever you like, and you don't even have to exercise, if you don't want. Or just 30 min walk 3 times a week. Mark Haub at the Kansas University did a study showing that the only thing that matters for weight loss is calories in vs calories out. He ate nothing but twinkies (and veggies for nutrients) and hostess deserts for 2 months, ended up losing 27 pounds. If you want something, you have to work for it.

The trick is don't start your diet just to lose weight but consider it a lifestyle change and just get used to it. For me i choose keto diet because it almost eliminates the feeling of hunger so i started buying only keto groceries and here i am, you can ask me anything if you want.

eat slower. chew your food at least 25 times. take small bites. No phone, tv, book or music (no distraction) while you eat. it is you and the food. be aware of what you eat. don´t exercise, don´t force yourself to eat less. you´ll loose a lot before you even know it. then you can start doing excersie and shit
