Khoai tây gọt vỏ rửa sạch hấp chín. Trong khi khoai còn nóng, tán nhuyễn. Sau đó thêm vào cà rốt bào sợi, phô mai, trứng gà, hành lá thái nhỏ, bột mì và muối, mang bao tay trộn đều lên.

Đặt chảo không dính lên bếp, cho vào vào 1 muỗng canh bơ, bơ tan, bạn hãy nắn từng miếng bột khoai tây, tròn tròn dẹp dẹp cho vào chảo chiên với lửa vừa. Khi pancake vàng đều hai mặt thì nhẹ nhàng gắp ra dĩa.
