Khoai tây gọt vỏ rửa sạch hấp chín. Trong khi khoai còn nóng, tán nhuyễn. Sau đó thêm vào cà rốt bào sợi, phô mai, trứng gà, hành lá thái nhỏ, bột mì và muối, mang bao tay trộn đều lên.
